Dispositif de formation à distance des professeurs contractuels au Sénégal : entre innovation et ouverture de l’accès à la formation pédagogique

Abstract

The communication focuses on training senegalese contractual teachers remotely. It decrypts what this training is both an innovation and an opening of access to educational training to all middle and secondary school teachers. Training is described and analyzed through its development context implementation, its objectives, its operation and the obstacles encountered. After searching within its context and setting the theoretical framework, we discuss methodology consisting of a collection of data with semi-structured interviews and their treatment according to the principles of content analysis.
