Abstract

After 36 years of existence, ENSET is changing from a multi-purpose university institution in technical field to engineering school. This transition must be attended by reflexive approach to implement new training program and evaluate its effects. This approach is carried out through a survey conducted with two engineering student classes and aims to identify and analyze their perceptions regarding three training aspects: the pedagogical, human and socio-technological. The research’ results will be invested to emphasize guidelines of actions to be taken if necessary. This article focuses on student-engineer commitment’ degree and on motivational sources that new training program would promote or not.
