Co-intervention en formation professionnelle : représentations des enseignants

Abstract

Vocational teaching in France is structured around two components: a general component and a vocational component. However, the link between these two components is often difficult for students to make. In the context of the implementation of a new system, namely the co-intervention between a teacher of vocational component and a teacher of general component, we propose to set up a research-action system. Therefore, we propose to focus on the representation that a group of teachers have of this new organization. Through the analysis of speeches, we’ve determined constraints, resources and goals they identify regarding this new organization.
