Module « Communication en Entreprise » : construction et transfert des compétences selon une pédagogie situationnelle
Abstract
This work falls under research being done on the issue of students being able to transfer the professional, and practical skills that are learned in university to the workplace. The model of situational teaching that we developed and tested shows the feasibility of the first two stages, namely professional transposition content to teach in a Repository Professional Skills, situational transposing it into a Repository declined in didactic training situations. In order to assess the contributions and limitations of this model, we gathered feedback from students, before and after training, through two questionnaires. The results show a positive trend in the mastery and skills transfer for professional communication and mobilization in a real situation during the internship.
