What is the specificity of Tunisia’s national ICT policy in higher education?” (full text in French)

Abstract

This paper aims to understand Tunisia's national policy on ICT integration and to contribute to filling the data gap on the current state of ICT integration in Tunisian higher education. Based on the analysis of institutional documents, we have identified six dimensions that allow us to identify the main characteristics and understand this policy and its specificities. The analysis of the university context has enabled us to show that the use of these technologies has become an operational fact in all Tunisian higher education institutions and Tunisian policy is essentially based on the role of the UVT and its technical and educational support.
